【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationspecifiesanumberofoptionsfortheidentificationofindividualmailaggregates,definesmethodsofconstructinganaggregateidentifierandspecifiesonerequiredandanumberofoptionalmethodsbywhichthisidentifiermaybeassociatedwith(affixedto)themailaggregateoritstemporarycontainer.ThisTechnicalSpecificationalsoidentifiesanumberofmailaggregateattributes,orcharacteristicsofaggregates(asdistinctfromtheattributesoftheindividualmailitemsandlowerlevelaggregateswithinthem),whichmaybeusefultocommunicatebetweenpartieshandlingthemailaggregateconcerned.Theattributesarenotdefinedindetailinthisdocument.Precisedefinitionsandencodingformatsforthemwillbedevelopedovertime,asaresultofpracticalexperienceofuseofthisTechnicalSpecification.Thedefinitionswillbeincludedinanappropriatereferencespecification,suchasUPUS25andM82,whichserveasbaselinedefinitiondocumentsforattributesusedinpostalindustrycommunicationsaboutpostalitems,batchesandpostalreceptacles.
