【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesagaschromatographicmethodforthedeterminationofinorganicbromideresiduesinnon-fattyfoods.Generally,themaximumresiduelevelsareexpressedintermsofbromideionfromallsourcesbutnotincludingcovalentlyboundbromine.Themethodisapplicabletocereals,driedfruit,driedvegetables,driedmushrooms,freshfruitandvegetables.Ithasbeenvalidatedininterlaboratorystudiesonmaizeflour,carrotflakes,lettuce,potatoes,cerealflourandhazelnuts[1],[2].
