【摘要】:1.1ThisGuidespecifiesgeneralrequirementsthatathird-partyoperatingaproductcertificationsystemshallmeetifitistoberecognizedascompetentandreliable.InthisGuidetheterm"certificationbody"isusedtocoveranybodyoperatingaproductcertificationsystem.Theword"product"isusedinitswidestsenseandincludesprocessesandservices;theword"standard"isusedtoincludeothernormativedocumentssuchasspecificationsortechnicalregulations.1.2Thecertificationsystemusedbythecertificationbodymayincludeoneormoreofthefollowing,whichcouldbecoupledwithproductionsurveillanceorassessmentandsurveillanceofthesupplier'squalitysystemorboth,asdescribedinISO/IECGuide53:a)typetestingorexamination;b)testingorinspectionofsamplestakenfromthemarketorfromsupplier'sstockorfromacombinationofboth;c)testingorinspectionofeveryproductorofaparticularproduct,whetherneworalreadyinuse;d)batchtestingorinspection;e)designappraisal.NOTE1ISO/IECGuide28maybeconsultedforamodel,ofoneformofathird-partyproductcertificationsystem.
